We make referrals simple. Our universal referral form allows healthcare providers, schools, community organizations, and other professionals to submit one referral, and our team will connect each individual with the services that best fit their needs. Our goal is to make the referral process as seamless as possible so people can receive timely support.

We provide services for children, adolescents, and adults ranging in age from 3-59. Our team works with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

We work with most major insurance providers as well as several regional plans. We also offer private-pay options. Contact our team to verify your coverage and discuss available options.
